Shipping & Delivery

Orders of less than 75 pounds, going to any of the lower 48 states will be shipped by UPS. Generally, if we receive your order by noon, it will ship the same day. If we have your e-mail address, you will receive a tracking number the same day.  Most items are a flat rate, which is indicated on the web site. Larger size packages, or shipments going out of the US, or to Alaska or Hawaii, will have the rate and carrier quoted to you.

If you receive a parcel that has obvious shipping damage, the carrier needs to note that on his paperwork. Then, notify us, and we will arrange with the carrier to replace the item.
If you find concealed damage after opening your package, notify us and we will arrange to have the package inspected, picked up and replaced.

Most products ship from our warehouse in Michigan, and the time in transit varies with the distance to you. Shipments to addresses within about 500 miles of us will arrive within one or two days. Shipments to the west coast will take 4 or 5 days.

If an item needs to be returned to us, call us and we will give you the correct shipping address to use .

Very simple, you must be satisfied with everything that you buy from us, and if you are not, we will do what we need to do to satisfy you. If we fail in that, simply return the item to us within 30 days of receiving it, and we will refund your money. Just give us a call, and we will supply the correct shipping address.
